Mondelēz International
The Oaties × Target concept from brief to motion, and a sizzle pipeline that ran across six snack brands
AI-assisted production for Mondelēz — the Oaties × Target run, brief to motion, and the storyboard-to-sizzle pipeline that carried the same look across six snack brands: Perfect Bar, Oaties, Low Sugar, 7DAYS and more.
Six snack brands under one roof, each with its own retail calendar and its own idea of what a launch looks like. Mondelēz needed concept boards and finished sizzles at a cadence traditional production could not keep — and every brand had to look like itself, down to the wrapper.
Two things, shown in full below. The Oaties × Target concept — one board followed from brief to motion, with every generation, cost and rejected pass on the record. Then the pipeline that drew the sizzle boards themselves: beats declared in a file, rendered in a batch, put in motion, and finished by hand, across the whole range. Perfect Bar is one of those brands, and its two live-action spots, shot in camera with no AI, have their own case study.

Every morning, the same negotiation.
Adult bars on one side. Kid snacks on the other.
And nothing in between that actually works.
Until now.
Introducing Oaties. From Perfect Bar.
Real protein. Real fiber. The first one kids actually ask for.
Eight grams of protein.
Three grams of fiber.
Honey. Oats. Cinnamon. Real ingredients only.
Lunchbox approved by the toughest critic.
After school.
Morning rush.
Weekends in the woods.
Pre-workout fuel.
Sideline snack.
And there's something new...
Cake Batter.
The full Oaties lineup. Now in three flavors.
Oaties. Protein that tastes like victory.

Two rounds came first and neither shipped — a local z-image seed thrash where every seed carries approved:false, then a flux + LoRA rerun. This is the third: the finished board, with the revisions each beat took to lock.

How it actually runsFour steps, from one YAML file to a finished reel.
01
Declare the reel
One YAML file is the whole spot. Beats, seeds, models, and the morph into the next shot.
title: "Oaties Sizzle v1"
default_model: flux-kontext-dev
beats:
- name: 01_establishing_kitchen
prompt: >
Wide shot of a sunlit modern kitchen,
white oak cabinets, morning light
model: flux-dev
seed: 1001
duration: 5
bridge_to_next: >
the camera glides onto the marble
counter where @Element1 waits 02
Render the batch
One command renders every beat on hosted GPUs and writes a storyboard PDF for review.
$ python sizzle.py batch \
--beats beats.yaml --out renders/
18 beats · flux-kontext-dev
renders/manifest.json
Oaties-Sizzle_storyboard.pdf 03
Put it in motion
The manifest drives the video pass. Chain mode interleaves holds with start/end-frame bridges, so the reel moves without cuts.
$ python motion.py chain \
--manifest renders/manifest.json
18 holds · seedance-1.5-pro
17 bridges· kling-3.0-pro 04
Finish by hand
Everything above lands in After Effects, where the grade, type and timing are made properly.

Where the look went next — stop-motion product, lifestyle plates with the pack in frame, and the final shot rebuilt for the Cake Batter announcement.
Two finished boards. A few hundred frames behind them.
The pipeline is cheap to run and expensive to trust.
