Intuit at Scale
Upload a spreadsheet, get a full neon course deck back
The scholarship-explainer pipeline scaled up: a Storyboard Generator app turns one .xlsx per course into a full 9:16 deck, trained on a house LoRA, with 26 delivered films.
No standalone board exports survive from this run — the five delivered boards are cropped from the generator's own populated grid, and prompts were recovered from fal's dashboard after the API's retention window closed

The first run proved one script could draw itself. This one had to do it for a whole curriculum — so the input stopped being a script and became a spreadsheet.
master parameters Bold electric blue and white; gradient noise, secondary purple and mint color glow; shiny chrome futuristic accents
The Master Parameters field, recovered verbatim from fal's request history — 31 of 35 requests carry it, followed only by the per-slide line.

One row, one slideRest on any board to read the line it came from
A sleek chrome-framed portal opens in a glowing blue abstract space.
An abstract scale or glowing dial with thresholds marked by light gradients.
A lone digital figure works on a laptop amidst a floating gig-economy landscape.
A shimmering number 400 appears on a glowing digital gauge, triggering a signal beam upward.
An abstract cloud raining coins landing in a hand.
One line, many takesMost of these bands are one prompt run many times — the pipeline's real output isn't a frame, it's a spread wide enough to choose from. The last two are the other half of that: how far the same trained look stretches when the beat changes.

the growth chart 6 of 17 takes Same podium, same rising arrow. The palette, the bar count and the camera drift are all that move.
cards in the air 6 of 8 takes A figure on a podium with documents suspended around them; each take re-throws the papers.
Every variation family10 more families of takes — point at any sibling to compare.
the credit-score ring 6 of 14 takes Slide 04 shipped one of these — and the number itself changes between takes: 400, 401, 403, 420, 496.
the open book 6 of 11 takes A book opening into floating icons. Every take re-deals the icons and the light.
at the desk 6 of 11 takes One figure, one screen, a different arrangement of interface around them each time.
the calendar 6 of 9 takes The same date grid, re-lit and re-populated on every pass.
into the arch 6 of 6 takes Someone stepping toward a lit doorway. The pose, the glow and the floor reflection are the only variables.
the figure in the light 6 of 21 takes A silhouette against a lit opening, with paperwork and interface drifting around it.
coins into a hand 6 of 28 takes The refund board. The same cupped hand every take — the cloud, the fall of coins and the pile in the palm all re-deal.
the brag book 6 of 8 takes One title card, two colour routes. The type is rendered rather than set, so every take re-draws the lockup and re-scatters the trophies.
one object, centre frame 6 beats Not one prompt many times — six different beats that landed on the same staging. A single object, centred, lit from behind, on its own plinth.
the figure, at scale 6 beats The other habit the trained look keeps: a person small against something large and lit. Six beats, one instinct about scale.
One graph, the whole decklora-workflow-2 — ten FLUX.1 [dev] + LoRA nodes wired from one bank of prompts, so a course renders in a single pass instead of a slide at a time.
