Hi-YAH!, a new martial arts focused streaming network, features hundreds of hours of programming, refreshed monthly, including favorites from Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Donnie Yen, Tony Jaa, Johnnie To, Yuen Woo-Ping and more.

We wanted to create a trailer that consists almost entirely of audio clips and sound effects of the epic hits, strikes, and punches from these popular films. Using Ableton Live to match up the video with the audio while I composed the song, I created a one-of-a-kind audio production filled with expressive hits and melodic undertones. We then pepper in the actual video clips from those strikes and punches on top of a collage of martial arts action film footage. The result is an unforgettable trailer that Hi-YAH! continues to use on their landing page.
