Neo is an AI-powered browser by Norton Anti-Virus. I built this 30-second spot for their Growth Marketing team, end to end in four hours. Script, visuals, voiceover, edit, sound, and delivery using a pipeline that pairs AI generation tools with conventional post-production. The workflow only takes you so far though, and this demonstrates where AI output still needs real craft applied to reach broadcast standard. The full process is documented below.  Roles Covered:    Creative Director: Set the strategic direction, defined the brief, and chose between competing narrative concepts.  Copywriter: Wrote the script, the VO copy, and the on-screen text.  Art Director: Established the visual language: palette, lighting, composition, and style consistency across every frame.  Storyboard Artist: Generated and sequenced the base frames that defined each beat of the spot.  Director of Photography: Specified camera angles, lens characteristics, depth of field, and movement for every shot.  AI Prompt Engineer: Built and optimised the prompts for four different platforms, each with its own syntax and behaviour.  Editor: Assembled the sequence, set the pacing, and cut to the voiceover.  Motion Graphics Designer: Designed and animated the type treatments, lower thirds, and UI overlays.  VFX Artist: Designed, retouched, composited, blended and animated footage  Colorist: Graded the footage and unified the look across clips from two different generation models.  Sound Designer: Sourced and built the SFX layer, and selected the music bed to carry the emotional arc.  Audio Engineer: Mixed and mastered the final audio: levels, compression, EQ, stereo imaging.  Producer: Scoped the project, sequenced the stages, and managed the four-hour timeline to delivery.  That's thirteen roles that would normally sit across a team of six to ten people and a two-to-three week schedule.
